Death is always the best reminder

Dear Parents,

Today, we are saddened to inform the Dhahran parent community of the tragic loss that occurred this past weekend.  Mr. Yusef Fadlalla passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday afternoon.  Mr. Fadlalla’s children, Ramsey (Gr. 6) and Sara (Kindergarten), and his spouse, Lina, will need our ongoing support for many days to come.   

Dhahran School and Dhahran Hills staff have been prepared to discuss this tragic loss with the students today.  Also, if students or staff need further counseling or support, our counselors and administration are available to directly assist.  We would encourage parents to keep lines of communication open with their children as this sad event may need further discussions at home to help children cope with such a tragic event.
